What virtual events are being planned for vIITSEC?
NTSA is developing an online platform that will enable the training and simulation community gather in support of developing new training and education systems that will support warfighters, first responders, and our National Security. The new event will include a full conference suite of technical papers, tutorials, and special events. We are also constructing a virtual exhibit hall where industry can demonstrate and communicate with the training, simulation, and education enterprise. 

What are the dates and times for this event?
vIITSEC is planned for November 30 – December 4. Times for various events will be posted soon as we finalize programming.

How do I register?
Registration will open in early October. Details to follow soon.

How much is the virtual event?
vIITSEC conference registration rates can be found on the Registration page, more information will available soon.

When does online registration close?
Online registration will be open through the end of the event and will re-open for on-demand access. Please note that it is best to register in advance as there may be a delay in accessing the virtual platform if a registrant signs up November 30 – December 4.

Will Exhibits & Sponsorships be available at vIITSEC?
Exhibits and sponsorships will be available, more information will available soon.

Do I have to be a member of NTSA to participate?
No, but membership with NTSA is highly encouraged and very much appreciated. NTSA provides the training, simulation, related support systems and training services industries a focused, formal organization to represent and promote their business interests in the marketplace. As a result, both corporate and individual membership in the NTSA presents modeling and simulation professionals with the networking, education, and connections to advance their careers and fields of interest. When will the agenda be ready?
The agenda will be available in early to mid-October. You can expect much of the same great programming that NTSA has offered in past events.

Will I have access to all of the sessions?
Yes, during registration you can select the option to attend all sessions or the exhibit hall only.

Will I be able to see the presenters for each session?
Yes, you will be able to see both the speaker and presentation materials.

Can I ask questions during the sessions?
Instructions on how to ask questions will be provided before the event and during each session.

What if I register and miss this event?
All of our releasable presentations and recordings will be available in an on-demand format to everyone who was registered shortly after this year’s event concludes. Presentations will be available on-demand for three months post event. Access to exhibitor content will also be available on-demand.

Beware of Unofficial Attendee Scams

2020 vIITSEC Attendee Lists
vIITSEC exhibitors and attendees have reported receiving solicitations from vendors NOT affiliated with vIITSEC – specifically regarding attendee list sales. Please beware of solicitations claiming to have NTSA registration lists, these are scams!

We would like to remind all participants that NTSA does not distribute or sell an attendee mailing list or e-mail list for vIITSEC. Any solicitation claiming to have a list of vIITSEC attendees is fraudulent.

vIITSEC’s official registration provider is RHQ and NTSA has no affiliation with any other providers. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to NTSA.
